William Robertson codicil, 23 October 1812

Here is a transcription of the first codicil dated 23 October 1812:
I William Robertson of Annapolis in the County of Annapolis do make and publish this Codicil to my Last Will and Testament, that is to say, I give to my wife Mary Adelia My Riding Chair and Harness- Also my Clock- and I also give to my said wife such articles out of my plate furniture &c as are enumerated and described in a Schedule or Invoice thereof made by my direction, subscribed with my Name, and witnesses by Thomas Ritchie and Dr. Henkell- My wearing apparel bed-linnen and Table-linnen in use in my house, I leave to be disposed of by my said wife. At her discretion, amongst her children-

Signed published and declared by the above named William Robertson as a Codicil to be annexed to his Last Will and testament (--------------)
