Josiah Dodge codicil, 2 August 1802

Do add to my sd Will by way of Coddical as follows (this second Day of August A.D. 1802) Whearas my sd son Benjemin (with my Consent) hath Errected the Fraim for a Dwelling house on part of that which (-----) (in the foregoing0 bequeathed to Martha my wife Do by this Instrument as my Last will give the use & Enjoiment of that spott of Land whearon it now stands With the Addition of twenty foot on the East west & south parts of sd House; as also a peace the whole width of the house to the High way, for which I order my sd son Benjemin to keep ye fence on the south side of the high way in good Repair During the Life of my sd wife from Mr.William Clarks Land to Elijah Phineys- I also order my sd son as my Executor at my Decease to give out of my wearing apparel to Martha my wife my cloak and gowns.
