John Roach will, 25 August 1829

Here is a transcription of the will of John Roach of Annapolis dated 25 August 1829 (died January 1830):
In the name of God Amen, I John Roach of Annapolis in the County of Annapolis, Gentleman, being sound of mind but of weak and infirm health do make this my last will and Testament as follows~
I order my just debts and funeral expences to be paid after which I give all my personal effects to my wife Lydia.
Also I give to my wife Lydia her heirs and assigns A certain Lot of Land situated on the Cape of Annapolis so called adjoining Property of the late John Newton Esquire.
Also a Wood lot situated in the Township of Annapolis adjoining to lands of Edward H. Cutler and Mrs. Phoebe Walker to her the said Lydia her heirs and assigns.
And I appoint my wife Lydia Executrix of this my last Will and Testament August 25th 1829.
