Abstracts of wills, letters of administration, probate acts and other documents, the originals of which are located at the Annapolis County Courthouse, Annapolis Royal. Abstracts include all names included in the documents.
AHS also holds copies of wills for a number of the earliest Planter, Yorkshire and Loyalist settlers to the area.
