Jabez Snow will, 31 January 1812

Here is a transcription of the will of Jabez Snow of Granville dated 31 January 1812, proved 15 February 1812:
I Jeabes Snow of Granville & County of Annapoles and Province of Novascotia being Well advanced In Age and Not Knowing the Day of my Death, think It my duty While In my Sences to make And Ordane this my last Will and Testament, In manner as followes. Firstly I Will and Bequeith To my Son Edward & His Heirs for ever My Dwelling Hous And Barn Also one Pare of Oxen to him and His heirs for Ever, Secondly After my just debts are Paid I Will and bequeath to my three Sons William Sulvenus and Edward my Real Estate at home. I also Will and Bequeith to my Four Sons Josiah William Sulvenus & Edward my Tract of Land at Sesobu (Sissiboo?) Containing Seven Hundred Acres, after my Just Debts are paid I Give and Bequeith to my four sons Josiah, William Sulvenus and Edward All my personal Estate And lastly I Constitute Ordain And Appoint my Two Sons Sulvenus And Edward Executors And Administrators to This my Last Will And Testament In Testimony to Which I set my Hand And Seal This Thirty first Day of January In the Year of our Lord one Thousan Eight Hundred And Twelve.
