Seasonal Curator/Archivist
The Annapolis Heritage Society is looking for a seasonal curator/archivist for a community museum in the small historically rich Town of Annapolis Royal, with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of postsecondary education with (preferably) courses in museum studies
- Knowledge of and experience with current collections management procedures and practices
- Knowledge of and experience with exhibit planning, design and mounting
- Ability to develop interpretive material for summer interpretive guides, Society website, Facebook page, etc.
- Ability to develop archival and curatorial projects for summer students and to oversee their work
